This shit came out during the italian literature lesson...I edited it in photoshop in the rare moments I wasn't studying.
Maybe it could be a tattoo...

Huh, I really don't know...the drawing just came out of my pen during a lesson! xD
But, mh, by "smooth" you mean the concept or the editing? Cause I scanned and painted it in Photoshop.

huh, the normal photoshop one. Nothing particular :)
But I have a graphic tablet so It's easier to use it.

yeah, I have one too, but I can never get my lines to be that smooth. stupid shaky hands. >.<

Heh, I have pretty shaky hands too, which I hate!
There are some cool programs for doing vector art, maybe try Inkscape, It's very useful and free :)
